Our Process – Simple, Transparent, and Fully Custom

Creating luxury custom cabinetry and millwork in Park City, Heber City, Utah Valley, and Salt Lake County has never been easier. That said, from first contact to enjoying your new space, here’s how we work:

Step 1 - Request Submission

Start by filling out our online contact form or giving us a call. Our team will respond promptly to discuss your needs, style preferences, and timeline.

Essentially, this first step sets the foundation for a personalized, seamless experience.

Step 2 - Design Assessment

  • Already have a design? Send it to us for a detailed quote.

  • Need a design? Share your ideas and inspirations. We’ll provide an initial design and consultation for free, so you can see how your vision comes to life before committing.

Step 3 - Plan Approval

Review your quote and approve the plan. 

 

Once agreed, we’ll schedule an on-site visit to take precise measurements, confirm materials, finishes, and layout details, ensuring your cabinetry fits perfectly.

Step 4 - Signing the Contract

We’ll prepare a detailed contract outlining every aspect of your project. To begin production, a 50% deposit on the product is required.

Basically, this secures your project and allows our craftsmen to start building.

Step 5 - Manufacture & Installation

Your furniture is built with care at our Pleasant Grove facility. Once complete, we deliver and install it, collecting the remaining 50% of the product cost upon delivery.

Then, after installation is 100% complete, the installation fee is collected.

Step 6 - Enjoying Your Space

If any touch-ups are needed, we have that covered!

Then, step back, relax, and enjoy the stunning transformation. Every cabinet, built-in, and millwork piece has been crafted specifically for your project, tailored to your vision and lifestyle.

If you don’t have a design, share your preferences, such as materials and styles. Our experts will create a personalized design proposal for you.

The initial design is free. Once the design is complete, we’ll provide a quote. If it fits your budget and you choose to move forward, we collect a 5% design deposit, which is credited toward the final purchase price.

From there, our designers go into every detail of your project to ensure it turns out exactly how you want.
